Garbanzo Salad



• 2 – 16 oz. cans Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• ½ cup chopped red onion
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• ½ teaspoon chili powder

Combine all ingredients and mix well in a bowl. Let chill 30 minutes before serving.

Makes 8 – ½ cup servings (118 calories per serving)
