- 1 - 16 oz. bag Cauliflower Crumbles
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
Add the spices and tomato paste and continuously stir until everything is evenly coated, another 2 - 3 minutes.
Serves 4. Enjoy!
NOTE: 1 cup is about 60 calories.
