1 - 14 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 - 14 oz. can corn, dranined
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 avocado, cut into chunks
Combine all ingredients except for the avocado. Season with salt & pepper, to taste. Toss and refridgerate until you are ready to serve. When ready, add the avocado, mix well and enjoy!
