Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup



  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, rinsed
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
Put all ingredients in your Crock Pot.  Cook on high for 8 hours.  Enjoy!!!!

With work it is even harder, so this easy crock pot recipe sounds great! I am going to check out your other recipes. Let me know if you recommend any in particular! Sheila
