- 1 - 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1 - 8.5 oz. can Corn, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, white and light green parts only, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
