Salad:
- 1 - 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can small white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 Italian parlsey leaves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- juice from 1 lime
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
In small bowl combine all of the dressing ingredients.
Mix everything together and keep in refrigerator to cool.
