- 1 package lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, minced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. Ancho chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and gently combine until evenly incorporated. Form into 4 equal patties.
Grill the burgers until done, about 6 minutes per side. Serve with avocado.
