- 1 package thinly sliced chicken breast filets (4-6 filets)
- 20-25 slices turkey pepperoni
- 10-12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 - 24 oz. jar Classico Four Cheese pasta sauce (or your favorite)
- Salt & Freshly ground black pepper
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon a thin layer of sauce over the bottom of the pan.
Season each filet with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Lay 3-4 slices of pepperoni down the length of each filet. Top with a slice of mozzarella cut in half and spoon a small amount of sauce over the top. Roll up tightly, securing with toothpicks. Spoon remaining sauce over the top of the chicken.
Cover and bake 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Top each roll-up with a slice of cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
