- Garlic infused olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 - 14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
