- 2 lbs. ground chicken
- 2 white skinned sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 carrots, peeled and diced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 yellow onions, diced
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 4 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 - 15 oz. cans petite diced tomatoes with garlic
- 1 cup Franks' Red Hot Sauce
- 1 - 15 oz. can reduced sodium chicken broth
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
