Deviled Egg Coleslaw


  • 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Best Foods Low Fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Cholula hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 - 16 oz. bag three color coleslaw
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  Add coleslaw and toss.  Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving.

  1. Sounds really good but you don't say how many servings this makes or how much is one serving. This is important to me because my husband is diabetic and, while not on insulin, we do have to county carbs and plan meals. Thanks!

  2. Mustard totally overpowered all other ingredients when I made according to recipe. Cut it back to one tbsp and was much better. Could have just been type of mustard as they vary greatly or author is a mustard person instead of mayonnaise. Very good platform to start with and modify to your taste.
