- 2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried Rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 - 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can small white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
Cover and cook on low 8 hours. If you're home during the last hour of cooking, stir the pot every 20 minutes to combine the ingredients and shred the pork. If not, just do this right before you serve it.
