- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast tenders, rinsed
- 2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1 - 16oz. jar salsa verde
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
Serve as tacos or burrito bowls!
For Serving:
- Shredded lettuce
- Pickled jalapenos
- Avocado
- Black Olives
- Sour Cream
- Shredded Cheese
