· 1 - 8.5 oz. box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
· ¼ cup egg substitute
· 1/3 cup soy milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let rest for 4 minutes. Stir again and fill 6 muffin cups with the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
