Zesty Two Bean Salad


  • 1 - 14 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 - 14 oz. can small white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 - 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 - 8.5 oz. can Corn, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, white and light green parts only, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  Refrigerate until you're ready to eat.  Enjoy!
